Heidi Hardenberger

Academic qualifications:
BSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Lund University. Further studies in sports psychology at Malmö University and developmental psychology at Växjö University. Heidi is an International Certified Coach (ACC). She is a certified administrator of most occupational psychological tests. Heidi has outstanding skills in all three Scandinavian languages.

Professional history:
Ten years of experience as head accountant and key account manager in service sales. Twenty years of experience as a senior consultant with several leading consultancy firms, with through experience working in a pan-Nordic context with leadership development/leadership support, executive recruitment, team development and personal assessment.

Specialisation:
Executive recruitment and managerial coaching, second opinion and team development.
