Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science from Stockholm University.

Karolina is certified in several occupational psychological assessments and has completed further training in competency-based recruitment, individual assessment, assessment centres, and coaching.

Professional Background:
25 years of experience as a consultant within executive search, recruitment of senior leaders and specialists at management level, second opinions, and coaching within both the private and public sectors.

From 2014 to 2025, Karolina worked as a Senior Consultant at ProAstri.

She also has extensive experience in HR, as well as roles as Product Manager for recruitment in larger consulting firms and as a senior recruitment manager within a government authority.

Specialisation:
Executive Search, senior management recruitment, and candidate assessment, with extensive experience in public sector recruitment.

Karolina has a strong professional network in the Stockholm region. She is based at the Stockholm office and also has experience managing assignments in southern Sweden.
