In order to meet todays and future demands, Securitas group is currently changing their IT/IS organization in line with Vision 2020. The strategy and the organization are currently being shaped and it will take the company beyond 2020. Securitas Division Europe is now searching for a European PMO Director. The position will be part of the new European IT/IS team that together will transform and lead 29 countries. The PMO Director will report to the European Division CIO. The position will be based at Securitas Malmö office.
The PMO Director is responsible for the Divisional Project Management Office (PMO), managing project dependencies, evaluating, prioritizing and efficiently resourcing divisional and cluster specific program/project initiatives. The PMO will also have an interface towards the global IT-organisation.
The role will be an important part of Securitas transformation journey forward.
Main tasks for the PMO Director will be to align programs/projects with the company´s overall strategic goals. He/she will be expected to summarize cluster and tools roadmaps into a divisional roadmap. Aligning programs/projects according with development of models and methodology will also be part of the role.
The PMO Director is responsible for capability planning in the divisional PMO function which includes responsibility for resourcing/staffing of programs/projects. The PMO Director will have 15-20 employees in his/her European organization, and dotted lines to resources within the European clusters as well as external consultants.

The right candidate
We will expect the right candidate to have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a senior/director position within program/project management in combination with business understanding, project best practice, and strategic planning. Multi project management experience in an international environment with an interface towards different countries, preferable in IT/IS will be expected. Leadership and team management- and experience of leading an international remote team is a demand as well as stakeholder management, experience in finance control and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
We believe that the right candidate has a high level of business acumen, a relevant university education in combination with technical understanding (IT and IS) and also certification in internationally acknowledged Project-/program management principles.
